The Baltimore City Paper reports that federal enforcement officials in Maryland continue to pursue Internet cash processor Electracash Inc., recently the subject of financial seizure orders based on allegations of processing online gambling transactions.
“This time, the Feds are going after evidence of gambling-related communications in Electracash’s e-mail account with New York-based Intermedia,” the newspaper claims, publishing copies of court orders to support its report.
The latest seizure warrant was signed by U.S. District Court magistrate judge James Bredar on October 9, and was entered Wednesday on the federal courts online database, PACER. Like prior bank-account seizure warrants in the investigation, the sworn affidavit supporting the e-mail seizure is sealed.
The investigator who applied for the e-mail warrant, Richard S. Gunn, is an Anne Arundel County police detective and task-force officer for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Gunn was the affiant in August seizures of Forshay Enterprises bank accounts. Forshay, like Electracash, is in the payment-processing business, as is HMD, Inc., whose bank accounts also were seized in August.
IRS criminal investigator Randall Carrow, in a 2008 affidavit, claimed Electracash was owned by Edward Courdy, who along with Michael Garone was charged with money-laundering last year.
Courdy and Garone appear to be the only defendants charged in the investigation, and neither has been called to appear in court to answer to the charges, which were filed in July 2008.
The U.S. government filed forfeiture proceedings last year to keep nearly $10 million seized from Courdy and more than $14,000,000 seized from Garone. Earlier this year, Courdy was granted the return of $200,000 of his seized funds, though the government has kept all of Garone’s funds.

Schnell wird Shinji vom Plot überrumpelt, trifft auf ein riesiges Monster, die in Tokyo-3 vom Milit?r unter Beschuss genommen wird (ohne Erfolg) und ehe er es sich versieht, befindet er sich im Herzen der Organisation Gendos: NERV. Von dem Befehl seines kaltherzigen Vaters, in den Prototypen eines Riesenroboters (Evangelion Unit 01 oder kurz EVA-01) zu steigen, der einzigen wirksamen Waffe gegen das Monster vor der Haustür, ist Shinji leicht überfordert und überhaupt nicht begeistert, weshalb er zuerst versucht, dem Plot zu entkommen.
Da nicht alle Botschaften von Evangelion auf dem Silbertablett pr?sentiert werden, sondern h?ufig durch Interpretation von Symbolismus und Arbeit mit versteckten Hintergrundinformationen aus anderen Quellen erarbeitet werden muss, ist Neon Genesis Evangelion für viele ein Mind Fuck aller erster Güte — sogar für die hartgesottenen Teile seiner gigantischen Fangemeinde.
Neon Genesis Evangelion, übersetzt so viel wie “Neue Sch?pfung Evangelion”, wobei Evangelion einfach nur “kompliziert und cool” klingen sollte und dem griechischen “Evangelium” (Gute Nachricht) entlehnt wurde, ist ein Werk, dass einen Gro?teil der Anime-Landschaft umgekrempelt oder zumindest beeinflusst hat. Der Original-Anime inklusive seiner Filmfortsetzung namens End of Evangelion ist vor allem für seine immer dunkler werdende Stimmung, die Tiefenpsychologie seiner Charaktere und die Dekonstruktion des Riesenroboter-Genres bekannt.
Die Serie nimmt sich die Zeit, die Psyche ihrer Charaktere zu erforschen und je weiter die Serie fortschreitet, desto klarer wird, dass wir es fast durchgehend mit innerlich gebrochenen Menschen zu tun haben, die nur ?u?erlich versuchen ihre Unsicherheiten, Zweifel, ?ngste und Selbstvorwürfe zu überspielen. NGE ist ein psychologisches Drama par excellence, das ungew?hnlicherweise im Gewand einer Mecha-Actionserie daherkommt. Erstaunlicherweise funktioniert diese Kombination verdammt gut und auch der Actionteil der Serie muss sich vor keiner anderen Mecha-Serie verstecken – eher das Gegenteil dürfte der Fall sein.
Neon Genesis Evangelion ist eine der erfolgreichsten und sicherlich die am meisten diskutierte Anime-Serie der letzten Jahre. Viele Anime-Fans halten sie für einen Geniestreich, andere finden keinen rechten Zugang zu der stellenweise arg psychologisch und philosophisch angehauchten Story. Eins ist aber gewiss: NGE ist weit mehr als nur eine weitere Mecha-Serie und hat nachweislich eine gro?e Anzahl sp?terer Anime-Produktionen beeinflusst.
K?nnte der Grund in dem geheimnisvollen “Projekt zur Vollendung der Menschheit” liegen, dessen Durchführung NERVs wahre Aufgabe zu sein scheint?
Wirklich nur geschaffen, um die Engel aufzuhalten ? NERVs riesige Kampfroboter, die “Evangelions”, k?nnen das, aber ist dieser Kampf der einzige Grund für ihre Existenz ? Warum haben diese Roboter mehr ?hnlichkeit mit den Engeln, als mit anderen Kriegsmaschinen, warum k?nnen nur einige wenige, 14-j?hrige Kinder sie steuern ? Warum fürchten die UN NERV beinahe mehr als die Engel?
Eine gigantische biomechanische Kampfmaschine greift Neo-Tokyo-3 an, selbst modernste Waffen k?nnen der Kreatur nichts anhaben, unbeirrt setzt sie ihren Weg fort. Am Rande der Verzweiflung ob der Wirkungslosigkeit ihrer Waffen übergeben die Gener?le der UN schliesslich das Kommando an NERV – eine Einrichtung, geschaffen, um die ‘Engel’ genannten Wesen aufzuhalten.

Windows Movie Maker doesn’t let me put videos from my digi cam because it’s in the wrong format so what converter can I use?
I want one that’s pretty decent quality, doesn’t cost anything, doesn’t stick the logo on my videos and it converts all of the video, not just half of it.
I used to have prism something but then my trial run ran out so yeah, I can’t use that >.<
And zamzar has a limit of 100MB :l

Screen printing was largely introduced to Western Europe from Asia sometime in the late 1700s, but did not gain large acceptance or use in Europe until silk mesh was more available for trade from the east and a profitable outlet for the medium discovered.
Screen printing was first patented in England by Samuel Simon in 1907. It was originally used as a popular method to print expensive wall paper, printed on linen, silk, and other fine fabrics. Western screen printers developed reclusive, defensive and exclusionary business policies intended to keep secret their workshops’ knowledge and techniques.
Early in the 1910s, several printers experimenting with photo-reactive chemicals used the well-known actinic light activated cross linking or hardening traits of potassium, sodium or ammonium Chromate and dichromate chemicals with glues and gelatin compounds. Roy Beck, Charles Peter and Edward Owens studied and experimented with chromic acid salt sensitized emulsions for photo-reactive stencils. This trio of developers would prove to revolutionize the commercial screen printing industry by introducing photo-imaged stencils to the industry, though the acceptance of this method would take many years. Commercial screen printing now uses sensitizers far safer and less toxic than bichromates. Currently there are large selections of pre-sensitized and "user mixed" sensitized emulsion chemicals for creating photo-reactive stencils.
Joseph Ulano founded the industry chemical supplier Ulano and in 1928 created a method of applying a lacquer soluble stencil material to a removable base. This stencil material was cut into shapes, the print areas removed and the remaining material adhered to mesh to create a sharp edged screen stencil.
Originally a profitable industrial technology, screen printing was eventually adopted by artists as an expressive and conveniently repeatable medium for duplication well before the 1900s. It is currently popular both in fine arts and in commercial printing, where it is commonly used to print images on Posters, T-shirts, hats, CDs, DVDs, ceramics, glass, polyethylene, polypropylene, paper, metals, and wood.

I would like to use a program to draw and “paint” online, just like in Photoshop, for instance. But I would also like to be able to record as I do it and have it end up as a video. I am not looking for a screencapturing program, because I don’t want the mouse in there – just the product emerging as I draw it. Would prefer to just be able to do it freeform, which I can’t seem to do in Flash. Any thoughts or suggestions would be very helpful.
